All programs are 5 days per week

Tuition is due on the first of each month;
payment rendered after the fifth will have an additional charge of $50.00 per day.

3 months old to Sturdy Walkers

Full Day – 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. / $1900 per month 

Early Care – 7:30 to 8:15 A.M. /$150

Toddler Community/La Petite Maison
Sturdy walkers to 36 months old

Full Day – 8:15 A.M. to 3:45 P.M. / $1800 per month

Early Care – 7:30 to 8:15 A.M. / add $150 per month

Children’s House/La Maison des Enfants
3 to 6 years old

Full Day – 8:00 A.M. to 3:15 P.M. / $1375 per month

Early Care – 7:30 to 8:15 A.M. / add $150 per month

After Care – 3:00 to 5:30 P.M. / $150- $350 per month.

To secure a spot in the Children’s House families are expected to commit to the full 3-year cycle.

Program Discounts

Payment in Full Discount: For families that wish to pay the full years tuition at one-time a discount of $50 per month will be applied.

Sibling Discount:
Siblings of currently enrolled AECMS students can receive a $15 per month discount. Cannot be combined with the PIF discount.

Kindergarten Discount:
Children attending the Kindergaten year received a $150 per month discount.

Program Deposits and Fees:

Program Deposits and Fees: All program deposits are to be paid to AECMS to hold your child’s space in our programs.  

Initial deposit amounts represent one month’s tuition from the chosen program.  Your deposit will be held as your last month’s tuition payment. Sixty days written notice is required if you choose to unenroll your child prior to completing the full AECMS program. 

In order to secure a space in Children’s House/La Maison des Enfants, parents are expected to commit to the full 3-year cycle.

Building Fee: For children attending the Children’s House, there will be a one-time non-refundable fee of $500. This fee supports the long-term care of our building and grounds. Each family commits to paying this fee during the first school year of enrollment. Parents may choose to pay the fee in installments or to pay in full.

New Child Registration Fee: A $350 non-refundable fee is due within one week when space is confirmed for your child. If you are on our waitlist, any fees paid will be applied toward New Child Registration.

Re-Enrollment Fee: For returning students re-enrollment is completed in June. A $200 refundable fee is due within one week after re-enrollment. The fee is applied towards the September tuition of the following year.

Credit Card Processing: For families wishing to pay by credit card an additional 3% fee will be applied each month.
