WAGES
Lead guide’s salary range from $44K to $50K depending on experience
Assistants & Support Staff range from $17 - $19 hourly depending on experience
Training wage for employees without experience starts at $16.50 per hour
BENEFITS (Full-Time employees)
35+ paid days off per year, including 5 sick days, and 2 floating personal days.
$200 towards professional development each year.
10+ Prep days each year for classroom leads and their assistants
50% Contribution towards Health Insurance, Vision and Dental
