Covid-19 Precautions - Updated Sept 2022

Our top priority is to provide the best and safest environment for your kids. We are monitoring and assessing data, new information, and recommended protocols every month. Our standards and policies will be updated as deemed necessary.

• Vaccination 

  All staff is fully vaccinated with boosters at all locations. Enrolled families are also required to be fully vaccinated prior to attending. Our student body has reached a super majority (more than 75%) vaccinated.

• Staffing

  AECMS has chosen to increase staffing at our facilities in order to maintain an on-sight substitute teacher. This ensures that no new adults from outside our existing bubble enter the school, it decreases the likelihood of having to close classrooms or locations due to staff shortages, and allows for additional sanitation and cleaning throughout the day. 

• Sanitation and Cleaning

  AECMS will continue to maintain all sanitation procedures and guidelines released by the CDC and ELD in the Spring of 2020 in an effort to maintain the safest environment for staff and children.

• Practicing Responsibility & Understanding the Risks

  We encourage all parents to carefully review and personally apply the CDC best practices from the CDC website. 

• Air Filtration

  All classrooms have a Hepa air filtration that turns over the air every 40 minutes. In addition to these filtration systems, we utilize increased filtration in the HVAC units at each site in order to further clean the air.
